Everything You Need to Know
Does the lantern turn on automatically?
Yes. Put the solar switch in the ON position before charging. The built-in light sensor then turns the lantern on after dark and off when daylight returns.
How long does the light stay on?
After a full day of direct sunlight, the lantern can provide up to 6–8 hours of decorative nighttime lighting. Runtime varies with the season, the weather and the charging location.
Can I choose both the design and the size?
Yes. Use the design and size selectors to create your preferred combination. The product image, price and availability update according to your selection.
Is a shepherd hook included?
The lantern comes with its attached hanging chain. A shepherd hook, tree hook or other suitable outdoor support should be purchased separately.
Can it be displayed outdoors in the rain?
It is made with weather-resistant outdoor materials. Do not submerge it in water, and bring it indoors during severe storms or extreme weather to help extend its life.
Why is my lantern not lighting up after dark?
Check that the switch is ON, remove any protective film from the solar panel and charge the lantern in direct sunlight for a full day. Nearby outdoor lighting may also prevent the sensor from detecting darkness.
