Getting started
Read the supplied instructions before use. Secure the connector to the blanket first, then plug it into a compatible wall outlet. Select a comfortable heat level and shut-off time. Keep the controller uncovered and all cables free from twisting, pinching or pressure.
The manufacturer's default is heat level 3 for both sizes, with a 3-hour timer for Medium and a 10-hour timer for Large. Always check the actual controller settings when turning the blanket on. Switch off and unplug when not in use.
Care for the outer cover
- Turn off, unplug and allow the blanket to cool.
- Open the zipper and remove both the heated panel and the lavender panel. Only the outer faux-fur cover is washable.
- Hand wash the cover in cold water with mild soap. Do not use bleach, fabric softener or a scrubbing brush.
- Hang or lay the cover flat to dry completely. Do not tumble dry or iron.
- Never immerse the controller, cords or electrical components. Reassemble only when the cover is fully dry, following the supplied instructions.
