I love Ludovic in every aspect. I bought an engagement ring and a wedding band at Ludovic. They're very beautiful and fit my finger well. I was skeptical at first because it was an online purchase. I've had a couple of bad experiences with online purchases in the past, so I decided to just get 2 silver rings and see how things turned out. I figured it would not be too bad a loss if it turned out to be a scam, with a couple hundred dollars. Both rings were delivered in only a few days and I was very thrilled with their look and quality. The moissanite stone looks like a real diamond, but it's ethical and affordable. At that point I hadn't spoken with any representative from the store yet, so I contacted them and told them I would like to upgrade my rings to white gold with the same designs and return the 2 silver rings after receiving the white gold ones. In the end I got exactly what I wanted and successfully returned the 2 rings I didn't want. The customer service was excellent. They went above and beyond to help me with what I needed. They're very friendly, professional and efficient. The packaging was also impressive. I'm so glad that I gave Ludovic a shot. Thank you so much! I would highly recommend Ludovic to anyone looking for beautiful jewelry with a great price and great quality.
