Because units of measurement differ between regions, emblem sizes may deviate slightly when converted to millimeters. A deviation of about 3 mm (0.1 in) will not affect use.
How to Change the Car Logo
- Lay a towel next to the logo (to avoid scratches) and pry off the old car logo with a screwdriver.
- Clean the area of residual glue, double-sided tape, dust and the like.
- Run the power cable through the guide hole at the badge mounting location and into the engine compartment.
- Remove the backing from the illuminated badge and stick the badge to the car while pulling the wires through and pressing it tight.
- Connect the badge light's power cable to the daytime running lights, battery, fuse box, headlight power supply or similar, according to your preference.
