Connected easily to my phone and the sound is great. Important information which is not in the instructions: If you are planning on wearing under your helmet, you must wear your headset backwards. The patch you see in the website images is the control panel with buttons. So when worn under your helmet with this panel on your forehead, it is uncomfortable and the pressure of the helmet presses the buttons. So wear the headband backwards with the control panel at the base of your skull below the helmet adjustment dial. This gives you easy access to the buttons for answering calls, changing volume, etc. the speakers can be moved within the headband to position them over your ears or forward over your temples. Whatever Is more comfy for you.
