Trusted by 650,000+ Families

Recommended by therapists and families worldwide, PalmCalm offers gentle calm and sleep support for kids and adults alike.

PalmCalm combines centuries of acupressure wisdom with modern microcurrent technology to naturally support relaxation and better sleep for both children and adults.

How PalmCalm Works

Inspired by over a thousand years of traditional Chinese acupressure, PalmCalm gently stimulates the PC8 acupressure point in your hand with soothing microcurrent pulses. This simple, natural stimulation helps your body release endorphins, the "feel-good" hormones that promote deep relaxation and calm.

Its gentle microcurrent pulses support your body's natural ability to relax and unwind, targeting the PC8 acupressure point in your hand, a key location known to promote calm and balance.

By encouraging the release of endorphins, your body's natural "feel-good" hormones, PalmCalm helps you settle your mind, release tension and ease into deep relaxation. Its soothing pulses create a sense of balance and calm, helping you prepare for a more peaceful night's rest.

How to Use PalmCalm

Using PalmCalm is simple and intuitive. Follow these steps for the best experience:

1. Charge up: Plug in your PalmCalm and charge it for around 30 minutes before use. Avoid charging for longer than two hours to maintain battery health.
2. Power on: Hold the power button on the side of the device for five seconds to turn it on. It starts in slow pulse mode by default, designed to help you relax and prepare for rest. If you prefer a different rhythm, press the power button once more to switch between the slow and fast pulse rate modes, choosing whichever feels most comfortable.
3. Position your PalmCalm: Hold it in the palm of your hand with the metal surface facing downwards, resting naturally against your skin. The device gently stimulates the PC8 acupressure point at the center of the palm, which is associated with relaxation and balanced rest. It also engages the Triple Warmer meridian (TW2/TW3), a pathway linked to supporting the body's sense of calm and equilibrium.
4. Time to rest: Each session runs for approximately 20 minutes and turns off automatically when complete, so you can simply relax, unwind and drift off without switching it off manually.

• Evening or before bed: hold PalmCalm in your left hand to support deeper relaxation and rest
• Daytime: hold it in your right hand to promote calm focus
• Intensity: adjust it with the "+" or "–" buttons until you find your preferred comfort level
