Carry your watercolor studio to a café table, on a trip or outdoors. This compact ring-bound set keeps paper, paints, a travel brush and accessories together in a water-resistant PU leather cover, ready for sketching and painting on the go.
The full set is offered in Large, Medium and Small notebook sizes. Each size includes a PU leather cover, watercolor paper, paints, a travel brush and accessories.
Paper, paints and portable details
- Watercolor paper: 20 sheets of 300 gsm, 100% cotton cold-pressed paper with a medium texture. It absorbs color for smooth blending, supports wet and dry techniques, and resists pilling.
- Paints and palette: Semi-solid watercolors sit on a rotatable acrylic tray with magnetic edges and screw fixings for stability. The palette provides a mixing area.
- Refillable binder: Add or remove watercolor sheets from the ring-bound book. Paper and paint refill packs are sold separately.
- Cover: Durable, water-resistant PU leather helps protect the set during travel and outdoor sketching.
The set also includes a metal clip, a screwdriver for tightening or adjusting the paint tray, a paper color chart and a user manual.
A brush for painting and sketching
The dual-tip synthetic squirrel travel brush combines a #1 liner and #10 round brush. A carbon-lead sketching tip is integrated into the cap without affecting either brush head.
Choose your palette layout
White · Ambidextrous Design has a removable white acrylic palette that can sit on either side of the book. Left- and right-handed artists can position it to keep their hand clear of the metal rings while painting. Its solid white surface helps with true-to-life color mixing.
Transparent · Classic Design has a fixed clear acrylic palette in a lightweight, traditional layout. Overlay colors on the paper to check color values and transparency against your sketch.
Specifications and care
- Large notebook: 19.0 cm (7.45 in) high × 15.2 cm (5.98 in) wide.
- Paper: 20 sheets of 300 gsm, 100% cotton cold-pressed watercolor paper.
- Paint tray: Acrylic board with magnetic edges and screw fixing.
- Uses: Watercolor painting, sketching, travel journaling and outdoor sketching.
- Storage: Keep below 40°C (104°F) to avoid pigment softening. Minor settling or separation after long storage is normal; remix before use.
Color names such as Cadmium Red and Cobalt Blue refer to traditional artist pigment shades; they do not mean the paints contain cadmium, cobalt or other restricted substances. The formulas use modern pigments for similar shades and are described as fully certified non-toxic and acid-free, meeting U.S. ASTM D-4236 and EU EN71 safety requirements.
