Great little scooter! Wonderful little scooter! It has made my life so much easier. It handles beautifully, and the battery life is pretty amazing. It has more than enough storage capacity for anything you need to carry. I like the different speeds you can choose… from normal (slow) to WATCH OUT, get out of the way, and everything in between. It's also not huge, so it fits easily through doorways. I love it!
You won't regret it! My mother has been experiencing a lot of pain when walking lately, so my husband and I decided to get her a mobility scooter. We went with this one because it was reasonably priced, but also because of the outstanding ratings regarding customer service. Typically, I only deal with customer service when there is an issue or complaint. However, I have had a few interactions with their customer service and we have been nothing short of extremely satisfied. Will be good for traveling. No assembly needed and very easy to fold and unfold. I haven't tried lifting it into my vehicle yet, but I read that you could pick up one end, place it on the end of your vehicle and then just slide it up. I have a larger scooter and purchased this one for an upcoming trip, since renting three scooters at three different locations would be almost the cost of this one. The reason for four stars instead of five is the lack of leg room; I have to straddle the tiller.
Nice for the price and not too heavy. The plastic is not real strong; I already have a crack in it. I bought the one with the two batteries. I didn't realize you have to change over to the second battery. It lasts pretty long even on one battery, but I would definitely recommend two batteries for long days. With the one metal basket, unfortunately, you have to screw it on and off every time you use it. For the most part it's a pretty nice little ride.
