One loose screw. One solid repair.
Made for worn and stripped mounting holes. Build a fresh metal gripping point inside a damaged hole, so hinges, slides and everyday hardware can fasten firmly again.
Each repair pairs a 6 × 14 mm (0.24 × 0.55 in) short metal expansion sleeve with a matching screw.
- Reinforced metal grip
- Compact short profile
- 6 mm (0.24 in) drill preparation
- Hinges, slides and brackets

Stop tightening the same problem.
When the original hole stops holding, a worn screw hole can leave hardware spinning, shifting or pulling away. The short expansion sleeve creates a new metal connection inside the prepared hole instead of relying on damaged threads.
From loose to secure:
- Worn hole
- Metal anchor
- Fresh grip

Expansion does the gripping.
- Slotted sleeve: multiple expansion zones respond as the screw is tightened.
- Radial pressure: outward contact distributes grip around the mounting hole.
- Shaped edges: formed gripping points help limit turning and movement.
- Short profile: a compact format for common furniture and hardware repairs.

Drill. Insert. Position. Tighten.
A four-step repair:
- Prepare the hole: drill a clean 6 mm (0.24 in) hole to a minimum depth of 15 mm (0.59 in).
- Insert the sleeve: press the short expansion anchor fully into the prepared hole.
- Align the hardware: position the hinge, slide or bracket over the mounting point.
- Drive the screw: tighten until the hardware sits firmly, without overtightening.

Put loose hardware back to work.
- Cabinet and wardrobe hinges
- Drawer slides and rails
- Pull-out basket tracks
- Compatible mounting brackets

Know the fit before you drill.

Measure first. Drill once.
Install with care. Confirm the panel or surface is thick and strong enough for a 15 mm (0.59 in) deep hole, and check for hidden wiring, plumbing and fragile surface finishes before drilling.
Wear suitable eye protection, use the correct drill bit for the substrate, and keep hands clear of the drill. Stop tightening when the hardware is firm.
For structural, overhead or safety-critical fastening, use hardware specifically rated for the substrate and required load.

Before the repair begins.
What is this kit designed to repair?
It reinforces worn, enlarged or stripped mounting holes that can no longer hold compatible hardware screws securely.
What size hole should I prepare?
Use a 6 mm (0.24 in) drill bit and prepare a hole at least 15 mm (0.59 in) deep, provided the substrate is thick enough.
Do I need a special expansion tool?
No separate expansion tool is required. Installation generally uses a suitable drill and a screwdriver or driver.
Can it repair more than cabinet hinges?
Yes. It can also suit compatible drawer slides, basket tracks, furniture fittings and similar mounting brackets.
Can it be used for structural loads?
For structural, overhead or safety-critical loads, use fastening hardware specifically rated for them. This kit is intended for compatible everyday furniture and hardware repairs.
Rebuild the grip. Restore the hardware.
Don't let one stripped hole become a bigger repair. This is a compact metal fix for the mounting points you use every day.
